Followers in The Waylanders are pets that aid and accompany the player, animal companions are exclusive to the Ranger class. There are 12 pets players can choose from, and each pet is equipped with certain skills and abilities that can be unlocked as they level up. Followers act as an extension to the game's regular Companions since players will have control over their animal friends, and they act just like the other characters in your party.
